Job specification

Assess and evaluate patient care practices and outcomes to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and standards of care.
Provide mentorship and education to nursing staff, promoting continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and committees to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
Act as a resource and consultant for complex patient cases, facilitating optimal care coordination and management.
Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities aimed at advancing nursing practice and healthcare delivery.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice in acute care.

Candidate requirements

Master's degree in nursing with specialization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).

Current RN license in Washington.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Acute Care.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
