Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job TitleJob Overview: Pay Range: $37.59hr - $42.59hrRequirement/Must Have:Bachelor's degree in engineering required.2-4 years of experience required.Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics, and computer-generated reports.Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite, including MS Project.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects/tasks.Good adaptability in changing projects, directions, and priorities.Responsibilities:Support Project Management by tracking project deliverables.Collaborate across sites and cross-functional teams (R&D and commercial).Coordinate manufacturing builds and raw material allocations.Lead process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ).Support documentation for the team.Optimize manufacturing processes, including using engineering methods (e.g., SIX Sigma and LEAN methods) for continuous process improvement and/or re-design/design of equipment, tools, fixtures, etc. to improve manufacturing processes, employing technical design skills.Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.Read worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets, to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications.Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization.Skills:Engineering theory and principles.Industrial layout.Manufacturing production.Engineering drawings.Blueprints.SIX Sigma.LEAN methods.Technical design.Schematic diagrams.MS Office Suite.MS Project.Analytical and problem-solving ability.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Qualification And Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering.
