Operations Executive, Behavioral Health & Facilities

The State of Ohio is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare. This full-time position involves overseeing operational leadership, staff management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring effective resource use and capital planning. The COO will also represent the hospital in interactions with officials. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in mental health services, as well as strong management and compliance knowledge.
