Legal Assistant

Moran Reeves Conn is seeking a legal secretary to join our litigation practice.The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude and is motivated to help serve clients and support our key attorneys. Responsibilities preparing and editing legal documents and correspondence maintaining electronic files calendaring making travel arrangements meeting/conference scheduling other special projects Qualifications good time management and organizational skills be a self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team have strong attention to detail and superior proofreading skills must be highly proficient using MSWord, Adobe, MS Excel and other business/law firm software applications qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of law firm experience in a legal secretary capacity Moran Reeves Conn offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and paid parking.
