Director, HRBP Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership & Business Alignment – act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring HR strategies support and enhance organizational objectives. Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Organizational Design – drive workforce planning, implement talent management programs, and lead organizational design and change initiatives. Leadership Coaching & Employee Engagement – provide coaching to senior leaders, promote a culture of engagement and retention through surveys, recognition, and culture‑building activities. Market Awareness, Innovation & Compensation – stay current on HR trends, external market dynamics and legislation; collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to maintain competitive programs. Learning & Development, DEI & Talent Acquisition – oversee L&D programs, champion DEI initiatives, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent. Special Projects & M&A Support – support high‑impact projects, including mergers and acquisitions, and other transformation initiatives.
