Laborer / Machine Operator

Employment Type: Full-time, hourly Compensation: $18 - $34 per hour, depending on experience Location: Plymouth, UT Great Basin Industrial is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer / Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating various machinery and performing general labor duties to support manufacturing and production processes. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain industrial machinery safely and efficiently. Assist in setup, operation, and monitoring of machines during production runs. Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, cleaning, and organizing the work area. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movements. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to adhere to safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required. Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and any other required assessments.
