ANS Lead (Autonomic Nervous System Lead: TM Flow System)

Introduction We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused, and clinically minded ANS Lead to oversee our Autonomic Nervous System testing program using the TM Flow system. At TWC, we offer this as one of our many services designed to provide comprehensive care for every individual. This role is essential to the success of our Complete Health Assessment (CHA), which includes the ANS test, pelvic ultrasound, and routine bloodwork. Overview As ANS Lead, you will guide the team performing these tests, ensure clinical protocols are followed, troubleshoot TM Flow technology, and uphold a seamless guest experience. You will also oversee ANS data accuracy, assist in interpreting TM Flow outputs for quality assurance, and help drive education around the importance of ANS testing for both team members and guests. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on precision, process improvement, team coordination, and providing concierge-level care. You will work closely with ultrasound, phlebotomy, and clinical support teams to ensure efficient guest flow and exceptional communication throughout the CHA experience. Responsibilities TM Flow System Oversight & Troubleshooting Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for TM Flow autonomic testing. Troubleshoot technical issues with the TM Flow system, sensors, peripherals, and data uploads. Ensure the system is calibrated, functioning properly, and used according to guidelines. Maintain strong communication with vendors/support if system updates, repairs, or software issues arise. Protocol Adherence & Quality Assurance Oversee all ANS testing procedures to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with established protocols. Conduct quality checks on TM Flow data reports, ensuring results are complete and clinically meaningful. Maintain documentation standards and ensure testing rooms and equipment meet TWC’s immaculate service standards. Guest Experience & Flow Coordination Ensure every guest receives compassionate, concierge-level care throughout their ANS testing experience. Coordinate with clinical, ultrasound, and phlebotomy teams to maintain smooth guest flow through all CHA components. Communicate clearly with guests about what to expect, why the ANS test matters, and how it supports their overall health. Data Management & Reporting Oversee collection, accuracy, and organization of ANS data. Identify trends and provide insights that help the practice understand guest outcomes and opportunities for improvement. Maintain tracking dashboards or logs that support growth and operational excellence in the ANS program. Team Leadership & Education Train, mentor, and support team members performing ANS testing to ensure consistent high-quality execution. Provide ongoing education to the team and assist in developing patient-facing education on autonomic function and TM Flow testing. Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve ANS workflows, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Requirements Experience in a clinical or diagnostic testing role preferred. Familiarity with TM Flow testing or other autonomic/vascular diagnostic tools is a plus (not required- training provided). Strong technical aptitude and willingness to troubleshoot medical equipment. Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail. Compassionate communication style and commitment to an elevated guest experience. Ability to coordinate multiple departments and maintain a calm, smooth workflow for guests.
