The Machine Operator II operates and maintains complex machinery in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, performing advanced troubleshooting, and coordinating with team members. Works independently and may train and support junior operators. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED: Required foundational education, providing essential skills in math, reading and problem‑solving. Machine Operator Experience: Several years operating complex or specialized machinery, with hands‑on expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance and production processes. Strong understanding of operational functions and system settings when setting up and managing advanced machinery. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience with DAVI roller machines highly preferred, as this role requires operating and maintaining this specific equipment for efficient and precise production. Works collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance teams, quality control personnel and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution. Experience in mentoring and training less experienced operators promoting knowledge sharing and operational consistency. Typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $20-$23 per hour.
