Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Orthopedic experience required
• Pelvic health experience required
• Herman and Wallace Level 2 Completion required
• Comfortable treating female pelvic cases involving urinary and bowel dysfunctions
• Experience treating pregnancy and postpartum populations required
