Active, engaging atmosphere at surrounding malls. Prior Retail Mall Security is a plus. Applicants need to be able and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays. No full‑time guaranteed. Key Responsibilities Dispatch officers to calls and emergency situations. Schedule and dispatch officers for lunch breaks and shift rotations. Log all incidents, calls, and irregularities in daily reports. Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks. Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions. Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items. Other duties to be determined by management. This position requires physical stamina: occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods of time. Use of mall security vehicle may be required. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record. Valid Arizona guard license. Minimum of one year of security experience. Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
