Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Mentor, OH 44060 Pay Range: $27/hr - $36/hr with benefits (depending on experience) DIRECT HIRE (Full time)3 openings for the 3 different shifts below:Mon thru Friday 1030p - 630aTuesday thru Friday 230p - 1030p and Saturday 10am -6 pmSunday 10am-6pm and Monday thru Thursday 230p - 1030p Both weekend shifts are subject to change and may be moved to weekday coverage Brillium LI Testing Required after interview is requestedQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School certification preferred.3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.Experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems.Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures before they impact production.Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production needs.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in the CMMS system.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.Adhere to all safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company maintenance policies.Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
