Store Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Designer to help shape engaging, brand-driven retail environments across North America. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to transform global design concepts into innovative, customer-focused store experiences that align with brand standards while meeting local building codes and operational requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with technical execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, bringing new store concepts, remodels, and prototype designs to life from concept through implementation. Key Responsibilities Develop store layouts, floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials that support the brand's retail design vision. Translate global design standards into market-specific solutions while maintaining brand consistency across North American locations. Create innovative, functional, and customer-centric design solutions that enhance the in-store shopping experience. Partner with third-party architects, consultants, and vendors to deliver high-quality design documentation on schedule and within budget. Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and design packages to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand standards. Collaborate closely with Construction, Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and other cross-functional partners throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution. 3–5 years of retail store design, commercial interior design, or architectural design experience. Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD SketchUp Enscape Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Experience creating technical drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials. Strong understanding of construction documentation, shop drawings, and retail design standards. Excellent visual communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
