Ambulatory Float: Patient Flow & Scheduling Specialist

UCLA Health Ambulatory Float Team is seeking a flexible Team Assistant to support patients across 25+ specialties in a fast-paced ambulatory network, from registration through discharge. You will coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth operations, process prior authorizations and referrals, assist with surgery scheduling, and help manage physicians' clinic and surgery appointments.
