What We Are Looking For:

Someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.

What You Will Do:

• Greet all guests in a polite and professional manner
• Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service
• Have a thorough knowledge of the specials of the day and be able to elegantly describe the ingredients, methods of preparation and flavors of each special
• Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise, informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved

What We Ask Of You:

• High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
• Minimum of three years fine dining serving experience
• Strong verbal communication skills to be able to serve guests and accurately follow instructions
• Enter all orders in the restaurants computer system
• Commitment to work 40 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 20 pounds
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
