Overview

A General Laborer will perform a variety of manual and operational tasks to support construction, installation, and maintenance projects. This role is entry-level to mid-level, requiring physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks
Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with setup, dismantling, and site prep
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery as needed
Prepare and maintain job sites by cleaning, organizing, and removing hazards
Help assemble and disassemble temporary structures like scaffolding
Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions
Assist in site clean-up and maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor and work in all weather conditions
Previous general labor or construction experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
