Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and common SNF documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to provide therapeutic interventions for post-operative, neurologic, and chronic condition management.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate patient records.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Typical Work Schedule: 5x8 coverage per week.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
