Bilingual Receptionist

Precision Walls, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team! The purpose of this position is to support the office with various administrative tasks in order to enhance productivity and answer phone calls regularly.


Job Duties :

• Maintain and sustain the general filing system and file all needed correspondence; receive and send fax messages
• Copy necessary paperwork to compile benefits packages, orientation packages, etc.
• Receive and direct phone calls and messages; manage multi-line switchboard
• Receive and distribute mail
• Data entry

Preferred Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Positive attitude
• Customer service oriented
• Attention to detail
• Bilingual in Spanish & English required
