enGen is seeking a Quality Lead to define strategy and oversee end-to-end quality activities in a healthcare data environment. The role focuses on guiding technical teams and translating data-quality risks into business impacts; day-to-day hands-on testing is not required. The candidate will oversee data validation, ETL, migration, and data-flow testing, with leadership across SDLC and Agile delivery.
