Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Mass PT license required.
• BLS required.

Assignment Details

• Outpatient sports medicine setting.
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Preference for therapist willing to take occasional hospital shifts.
