Transmission superintendent

job summary:
Top construction firm is looking to add experienced Transmission Line and Substation Superintendents for projects in and around Pennsylvania. This is an exciting, long term opportunity. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in transmission and substation projects. Per Diem, Mob, and deMob available for qualified candidates.

• Strategic Project Oversight & Execution Directly manage all onsite construction efforts, including scheduling, material management, and engineering compliance. You ensure the project stays on track by translating complex isometric and structural drawings into physical execution.

• Subcontractor & Resource Management Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring contractual compliance and productivity. This includes managing 3-week look-ahead reports to anticipate bottlenecks and tracking installed quantities on a work-hour basis to maintain the budget.

• Safety Leadership & Regulatory Compliance Serve as the ultimate authority for site safety. You aren't just following rules; you are auditing Pre-Task Analysis (PTA) and Task Safety Observations (TSO) to mitigate risk and ensure a zero-incident environment.

• Quality Assurance & Technical Validation Own the \"walk-down\" process. You witness equipment settings, verify system alignments, and manage punch lists to ensure every installation meets codes, specifications, and the most current drawing revisions before final sign-off.

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 7 years of experience
