Implementation Specialist

Implementation SpecialistImplementation Specialists will be assigned specific clients to service and support through all aspects of their payroll setup process from quality assurance procedures for ensuring accurate data entry or importing, running special processes, correcting master file information, and other related issues.The Implementation Specialist's primary responsibilities will be to accurately key and reconcile payroll and Accounting information into the payroll software for clients.As Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for:Organizing client information to assure accurate entry of tax liabilities, employee demographics and year to date paycheck informationEnter general ledger from chart of accountsProgram time off formulas from client's time off policy into payroll softwareClient communication on a timely fashion to ensure every deadline is metUses effective problem-solving skills to resolve data discrepancy issuesAble to provide and/or receive feedback from supervisor and apply constructive criticismFollow documented company procedures to accomplished day to day workProvide ongoing maintenance for current clients.Provides support to the Transition Service ManagerMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):High school diploma is required. Associate Degree or higher in Business related field would be an assetCustomer Service experienceSelf Motivated and goal orientedDemonstrated ability in problem solvingPC literate, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality service and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesFlexibility to work in a team environment as well as individuallyExcellent telephone skills and Professional telephone etiquetteSufficient skill to type and enter alpha and numeric dataPayroll Knowledge and/or Project Management experience are a plusDecision-making Latitude:Agrees to comply with the confidentiality policy.Uses independent judgment to provide solid client relationships.Equipment / Software Used:Personal Computer, Internet, Calculator, MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Suite, Evolution payroll software, Paytrain payroll training software, CRM software.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
