As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. What you will be doing at ABC Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and internal/external communication with referral sources. Provide support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help families understand the services offered. Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership. What you will bring to ABC A positive attitude that engages families. 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas. A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. An eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented company culture.
