Bayfront Roofing & Construction is hiring experienced Residential Roofers to join our growing team in the Coastal Bend. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing and exterior construction. Responsibilities:

• Remove and install residential shingle roofing systems
• Install underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and decking as required
• Perform roof repairs according to the project scope
• Ensure work meets building code and company quality standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate effectively with crew members and project managers

Qualifications:

• Roofing experience required
• Knowledge of residential shingle systems preferred
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
