Lead Gen and Appointment Setter

We are looking for a proactive, articulate Lead Gen and Appointment Setter to drive lead generation and appointment setting for York Building Services, a premier commercial contractor serving the NY/NJ metropolitan area.

In this role, you will leverage Convex (backed by ServiceTitan) to research and qualify commercial building prospects, make outbound calls to verify contract life cycles, qualify prospects and book sales/walk-through appointments for our sales team. All activity will be tracked in HubSpot (Sales Platform).

The ideal candidate has strong, professional spoken English, can write strong follow-up emails in English and thrives on outbound prospect outreach. This is a part-time remote role with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Convex Research

• Filter and identify commercial properties in NY/NJ using Convex (training will be provided) .
• Vet property and contact data in Convex to build qualified sales lists.
• Identify key facility decision-makers and contract life cycle statuses.
  Move qualified leads to HubSpot using built-in integration through Convex .

Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting

• Place outbound calls to qualify contacts and introduce York Building Services' commercial solutions.
• Book sales/walk-through appointments for sales representative Thomas Hayden.
• Support pipeline growth for leadership across multiple target verticals.

CRM Management & Tracking

• Log all calls, notes, updates, and booked appointments in HubSpot Sales (Free) .
• Maintain clean database hygiene and organize leads by vertical.

Email Outreach & Nurturing

• Send cold emails, basic marketing blasts, and follow-up nurturing sequences via HubSpot .

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in outbound cold calling, lead qualification, or appointment setting.
• Communication: Exceptional spoken English with clear, articulate pronunciation suitable for NY/NJ business prospects.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with phone outreach, prospect vetting, and basic HubSpot CRM activity tracking.
  
  Strong written English for email follow-up .
• Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Location: Based in Latin America.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Convex or commercial contractor platforms.
• Background in commercial facility services, janitorial, or B2B commercial contracting sales support.
