As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care to individuals in facility-based. You will be part of a supportive team committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist residents and patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Support patient mobility, including transfers, repositioning, and use of assistive devices
• Provide comfort, companionship, and respectful care tailored to individual needs
• Maintain a clean and safe care environment by following infection-control and safety procedures

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to frequently lift and transfer clients averaging approximately 150 lbs, with or without assistance
• English proficiency sufficient to perform CNA duties and communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to assigned facilities within approximately 25 miles of the Albany/Clifton Park/Scotia (Glenville) area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on CNA experience taking and recording patient vital signs
• Experience providing dementia care as a CNA
• Experience providing catheter care as a CNA
• Experience using a Hoyer lift and performing safe patient transfers
• Experience working as a CNA in facility-based care settings (such as nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or adult day care)
• Reliable transportation
