We provide the premium platform; you provide the drive to take your sales career to the absolute next level. Pay range and compensation package Typical Earnings: $90,000 - $200,000+ annually (commission-based). Top performers regularly exceed $200K+. What You’ll Do: Run Warm Leads: Execute pre-qualified, high-intent roofing appointments. We do the heavy lifting to get you in front of interested homeowners— no cold door-knocking required. Close with Confidence: Educate customers using a solution-based, consultative approach. You will handle objections with ease and follow a proven, high-conversion sales process to secure same-day commitments. Maximize Your Momentum: Drive referrals and leverage your wins. On installation days, you will strategically knock the immediate neighborhood surrounding your closed jobs to build local authority and generate your own high-multiplier referral pipeline. Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with an actively supportive team and a highly collaborative leadership group.
