Talent Acquisition Account ManagerA Week in This Role

Start your Monday qualifying new client job orders, gauging talent availability and timelines to ensure every fillable request gets the focused attention it deserves. You’ll consult with clients to capture complete requirements, then launch targeted recruiting sprints—screening, interviewing, and coordinating next steps. Midweek, you’ll host associate interviews, line up client assignments, and complete a minimum of two employment verification calls for each associate before placement. By Friday, you’re checking in with placed associates for satisfaction and retention, reviewing metrics, and mapping out next week’s inside sales plan.

Core ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Staffing

• Deliver on the promise to fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency and professionalism.
• Qualify and document full job specifications directly with clients, validating fillability against current talent pools and timelines.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and retain high-caliber associates; adhere to the Express Employee Selection Process.
• Coordinate interviews and client assignments with precision and speed.
• Complete at least two employment verification calls for every associate prior to placement.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline across Office Services, Light Industrial, and Professional roles.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with associates to support engagement and retention.

Business Development & Sales

• Make a minimum of 50 Marketing and Prospecting Calls (MPCs) weekly, plus additional daily inside sales outreach.
• Partner on appointment setting for Sales Representatives and Franchisees.
• Convert employment verification conversations into recruiting or sales opportunities whenever appropriate.
• Use every client and associate interaction to deepen relationships and uncover business needs.
• Expand services within existing accounts and open new client relationships.
• Present the complete portfolio of staffing and workforce solutions.
• Conduct client site visits and workplace safety tours.
• Invite clients and prospects to marketing and networking events to strengthen engagement.

Client & Associate Relations

• Develop trusted relationships with clients, prospects, and associates.
• Deliver exceptional service by following established quality control processes.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure timely, accurate placements.
• Coordinate recruiting and sales strategies with fellow Employment Specialists for maximum impact.

Compliance & Administration

• Stay current on employment laws and regulations, including: Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equal Pay Act, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• Maintain alignment with company policies, procedures, and staffing best practices.
• Track labor market trends, staffing industry developments, and local business conditions.
• Document recruiting and sales activity comprehensively in the Express system.
• Prepare routine correspondence and reports as needed.
• Resolve timecard, payroll, and billing questions; assist with collections when needed.

QualificationsRequired

• Outstanding phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer-service mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Consultative sales aptitude and business development drive.
• Proficiency with computer systems and thorough database documentation.

Preferred

• Background in staffing, recruiting, human resources, sales, customer service, or business development.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or staffing software.

Supervisory Scope

Provide administrative supervision for up to 150 associates assigned to client locations.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Professional, well-lit, climate-controlled office environment.
• Occasional travel to client sites with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer- and telephone-based work.
• Capacity to manage competing deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Occasional overnight and out-of-town travel may be required.
