Concrete Paving Superintendent salary up to $160k

This well established national civil contractor delivers complex site development, infrastructure, and heavy civil projects in the Greater Houston area. Most work involves large scale earthwork, utilities, and engineered builds that demand precision and leadership.

Full-time position with travel to project sites across the Gulf Coast (TX, LA, MS, AL, FL). Schedule includes per diem and rotations, with time home approximately every 6 weeks

What you get:

• Salary $120,000 to $160,000
• ~10% bonus
• 401k with 4% match
