The main responsibility is to convert Range USA customers into buyers by offering tailored solutions. Job Description Commitment to the mission of Range USA by providing the easiest and best customer service in the USA. Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations and fosters lasting relationships. Greet customers and facilitate the experience. Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill desired experience. Ensure customers leave with the complete package supporting their main purchase. Inform customers of services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions. Conduct range customer check‑in efficiently and friendly. Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time. Ensure an efficient and compliant range firearm rental process. Utilize radios to communicate with Range Safety Officer regarding safety and customer issues. Answer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits, and availability. Maintain compliance with government agencies including 4473 and background check processes. Remain up to date on new product and industry news. When acting as an e‑commerce picker, check the pickup dashboard every hour and pick new orders. Desired Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1‑2 years of customer‑service sales experience preferably in specialty retail. Ability to understand, recall, and follow complex compliance regulations and handle confidential information. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 21‑years‑old.
