Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with behavioral health needs, including assessment, treatment, and support
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate discharge planning
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellent patient outcomes
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of NJ
• Behavioral health experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering compassionate patient care and improving outcomes
