Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the landscape company's operations across its Maintenance and Tree/Install divisions. This individual will manage all aspects of estimating, project management, business development, and client relationship management to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of landscape operations, a strategic approach to project management, and a passion for growing the business.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating and Proposal DevelopmentProject ManagementClient Relationship Management and Business DevelopmentOperational LeadershipFinancial ManagementRequirementsLandscape Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management within the landscaping and construction/maintenance industry.Strong background in project management, estimating, business development, and client relationship management.Extensive experience in managing successful departments and operational financial performance.Experience in business development and account acquisitions.Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and network effectively within business communities to develop new business.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aspire or the like, (ERP, CRM etc.).Key CompetenciesLeadership and Team Development: Ability to motivate and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Ensure collaboration and transparency within the organization.Strategic Planning and Execution: Skilled in developing strategies to improve business growth and operational efficiency.Relationship-Building and Client Orientation: Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships and proactively engage with the community to drive new business.Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to addressing challenges, with a focus on sustainable solutions.BenefitsSalary + CommissionCompany VehicleCompany Fuel CC
