From cocktail and culinary delivery to VIP tableside beverage service.Position OverviewAs a Server at Wilhelm und Werner, you are not simply taking orders, you are curating an experience. From the first pour of wine to the final farewell, you guide guests through a seamless dining journey defined by sophistication, warmth, and expertise. Our service philosophy blends classic fine-dining standards with personalized hospitality, ensuring each guest feels recognized and valued.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver warm, polished, and professional five-star serviceDemonstrate expert knowledge of menus, wine pairings, and culinary techniquesAnticipate guest needs and provide intuitive, personalized attentionExecute precise timing and seamless table managementUphold luxury presentation standards in uniform, service steps, and table maintenanceCollaborate closely with culinary and management teamsHandle guest requests and concerns with composure and discretionMaintain an immaculate and refined dining environmentDeliver Tableside beverage service to include, but not limited to: smoking cocktails table side, cart service, mixing cocktails table side along with food service.Qualifications2+ years of fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferredStrong knowledge of wine, spirits, and elevated cuisineProfessional presence with exceptional communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a high-expectation environmentCommitment to teamwork and service excellenceAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysAt Wilhelm und Werner, service is thoughtful, graceful, and unforgettable.
