In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure outstanding resident outcomes.## Key Responsibilities* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately* Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members* Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies* Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations* Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed## Qualifications* Current, unrestricted **LPN license in South Carolina*** Current CPR certification* Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements* Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing* Experience with **PointClickCare (PCC)** preferred* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
