Job Description We offer Psychiatrists: Flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time available with no call or weekends. 100% outpatient work. Generous "above market" compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. Sign‑on bonus. Compensation range $322,000 to $430,000+ (model based on productivity) Annual cash bonus incentive plan Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Physicians that are: Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA. Experienced in both medication management and therapy. Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible. Open to a hybrid model; all roles must have in‑office time on a weekly basis.
