Wir sind uFlow Digital und ich bin der Gründer und Geschäftsführer Finn Helmdach. Wir helfen kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen, ihre Prozesse zu automatisieren, Zeitfresser auszuschalten und mit KI-Systemen zu arbeiten, die ihnen echten Vorsprung verschaffen. In unseren Projekten geht es nicht um Spielereien, sondern um smarte Automatisierungen, saubere Logik und klare Businesswirkung. Von CRM-Flows über operative Prozesse bis zu GPT-Integrationen. Wir wachsen und genau dafür suchen wir Verstärkung. Aufgaben Du startest im Fulfillment - also in der operativen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten rund um Prozessautomatisierung. Wir arbeiten u.a. mit Make.com , n8n, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Slack, GPTs, Webhooks, APIs. Du musst kein Vollzeit-Dev sein, aber du brauchst ein technisches Grundverständnis und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig mit Systemen zu denken. Deine Aufgaben: Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten auf Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Lovable, Supabase Eigenständiges Bauen, Testen und Dokumentieren von Automationen Integration externer APIs, Webhooks, Tools (z.B. Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets) Grundlegendes Debugging & Problemlösung bei Automationen Kommunikation mit Kunden bzgl. technischer Anforderungen & Zwischenständen Mitdenken bei Systemarchitektur und Lösungsansätzen – kein stumpfes Abarbeiten Schrittweise Übernahme von mehr Verantwortung im Projektmanagement Qualifikation Anforderungen (Hard Skills) Erfahrung mit Make.com und n8n (Pflicht), Lovable, Supase & Zapier (Bonus) Gutes Grundverständnis von API-Logiken, Webhooks, Datenflüssen Basiskenntnisse in Coding (z.B. JavaScript, Python – kein Fullstack nötig, aber technisches Denken) Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business-Tools (z.B.
