What You'll Do Manage and deliver quality, cost-effective patient care. Plan, implement, and evaluate care for all patients. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients. Educate patients and family members on disease processes and medications. Maintain competency in nursing practice and clinical skills. Delegate appropriate nursing activities to unlicensed personnel. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. Participate in hiring and evaluating assigned personnel. Supervise unlicensed assistive personnel and support staff. Requirements Education: Nursing Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience: 3+ years of IV and PICC experience required, 3-5 years preferred Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required BLS certification required ACLS and PALS certifications may be required for specific patient care units About Mass General Brigham Mass General Brigham is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
