Foreign Pharmacy Grad - International Pharmacy Intern

Customer Service. Greet each customer in a courteous and professional manner both in-store and at the drive thru window. Assist all pharmacy and front store customers with their questions and concerns. Answer telephone with a warm and friendly greeting. Request additional help and work with others to find solutions when needed to maximize customer satisfaction. Remove obstacles to make customers experiences easier when possible. Perform approved register transactions including cash, check and charge, bagging merchandise upon completion of sale. Engage with customers and seek ways to create heartfelt, personalized moments during their visits Regulatory. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality according to HIPAA and company standards. Communicate with customer/patient while protecting their confidential drug information. Comply with all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
