Reporting to the Design Director, the Designer will work with an onsite team to support our client in helping to market the brands they produce, and consumers have come to love. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to complete any assigned tactical task, be a reliable design contributor and be able to self manage projects, proactively providing solutions on tasks. SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT PORTFOLIO, LINKS OR ATTACHMENTS, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED Duties and Responsibilities Include: Develop design craft Absorb knowledge & skills Understand most smaller tactical tasks and complete small complex tasks Learn storytelling & articulate rationale behind design choices Contribute across multiple clients and projects Proactively share design knowledge, including inspiration, trends, and tools Qualifications Include: 5-7 years’ experience in Design within an agency environment Strong project management and organization skills Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) Working knowledge of Adobe XD, After Effects, and/or Premiere is a plus Consumer product company knowledge or experience required Strong knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, production artwork and print services preferred Why Choose Olberding Brand Family?
