Job Location: Roseville, CA 95678 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $19.00 - $29.00 /hour Overview The Sales Lead is a pivotal role within the store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty. The Sales Lead works closely with the Boutique Manager and assists in maintaining store standards and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Maintain a proactive, positive attitude in every situation to consistently exceed client expectations. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Capture customers’ information using multiple communication methods, including phone and written follow‑up. Manage client books, following up with clients about their shopping experience and answering product care inquiries. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals set with the Store Manager. Show comprehensive product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities. Use fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships within the team. Support managers in executing standard in‑store operations such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns. Assist in analyzing business metrics by tracking store and individual KPIs. Maintain visual and housekeeping standards, ensuring the store and backroom areas remain clean and organized. Operate POS system efficiently, conduct email, opening, and closing procedures. Perform daily cleaning tasks: dusting shelves, washing windows, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and sanitizing shared areas. Provide training to new teammates and occasionally support cross‑department functions. Possibly assist with new store openings and participate in nationwide contests to promote team spirit. Team Dynamics Reports directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management, ensuring high‑quality customer service and efficient operations while implementing sales strategies to meet commercial goals. Nutrition Development Opportunities Sales Leads gain hands‑on experience across store functions, including Guest Experience, Basic Store Operations, Business Acumen, Visual Merchandising, Stock Management, and more. Requirements Eligibility to work in the U.S. for any employer. High school graduate or equivalent. 3 to 4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience is highly preferred. High standards of customer service and advanced selling techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment, self‑motivation, and goal orientation. Problem‑solving ability. Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds, stand, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
