Accounts Receivable Analyst

Tarvos Talent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity with a growing company located in Downtown Austin. This hybrid role offers the chance to join a collaborative shared services team and make an immediate impact with a company that values performance, accuracy, and team culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing customer account activity and maintaining accurate account records
- Processing payments and supporting cash application activities
- Assisting with new account setup, account maintenance, and related documentation
- Monitoring outstanding balances and coordinating appropriate follow-up on scheduled payments
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
- Partnering cross-functionally with internal teams to support accurate reporting, account reconciliation, and overall AR process efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior accounts receivable experience within a larger company environment
- Experience working in a high-volume setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort navigating multiple systems
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis, including pivot tables and lookups
- Experience with Dynamics environments is highly preferred
