Strategic HR Partner for Plant Leadership & Talent

BD is seeking an HR Partner to provide strategic HR support for the Broken Bow, NE manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with Plant Leadership on talent, succession, performance, compensation and benefits, and lead HR programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. You will coach leaders, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and ensure compliance with EEOC, AAP, and BD policies. A strong generalist background in a complex, matrixed environment is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr BD
