What You'll Do

As a Cosmetology Instructor, you'll play a vital role in developing confident, career-ready beauty professionals. You'll:

• Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum

• Coach and mentor students throughout their educational journey

• Demonstrate current techniques, trends, and industry best practices

• Supervise and support students in the clinic classroom

• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

• Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver an exceptional educational experience

• Encourage professionalism, creativity, and personal growth in every Future Professional

Qualifications

• Current Utah cosmetology license (required)

• Instructor license or eligibility to meet Utah's instructor requirements

• Passion for education, mentorship, and student success

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we're happy to provide training for the right candidate
