We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pre- Operative/Ambulatory Surgery team. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a collaborative work environment, excellent benefits, and the chance to provide exceptional care to surgical patients.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: Salina, KS
• Schedule: Day Shift (8-hour shifts)
• Weekends: Discussed during the interview process
• On-Call: Possible

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and provide education and support.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous Pre-Op, Ambulatory Surgery, Perioperative, or Surgical Services experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
