The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $36,990 - $49,009.80. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for SCs annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria./ppThe Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and continuous improvement. This role supports Lean manufacturing principles by ensuring accurate inventory data, reducing waste, and improving material flow./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliPerform daily cycle counts using ABC classification or other Lean prioritization methods./liliReconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records; investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions./liliMaintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (Oracle EBS)./liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements to reduce inventory errors./liliEnsure proper material location and labeling to support 5S and visual management principles./liliCommunicate with production, planning, and warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues promptly./liliAssist with physical inventory audits and participate in Kaizen events related to inventory accuracy./liliOperate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and in compliance with company standards./liliCollaborate with the Production Operations to ensure seamless integration of inventory control processes within the production value stream./liliSupport receiving procedures and manage physical assets related to material storage and flow between inventory and production lines./liliEnsure the availability of the right parts at the right time for production needs./liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management./liliProvide training and support to team members on inventory control best practices and procedures./liliMaintain regular and punctual attendance./liliAttend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required./liliCommunicate effectively and respectfully with others./liliOther responsibilities as assigned./li/ulpWhat youll Need To Succeed:/pulliInventory Control Processes: Cycle counting, reconciliation, and root cause analysis./liliMaterial Flow in Manufacturing: Familiarity with BOMs, routings, and production processes./liliWarehouse Operations: Location systems, labeling, and handling procedures./liliQuality Standards: Compliance with company and regulatory requirements./liliExperience working with Oracle ERP software./liliOperating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred./liliExperience with cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits./liliExposure to Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives./li/ulpEducation:/ppRequired/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliFamiliarity with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.) and basic MS Excel skills/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpPreferred/pulliAssociate degree/lili13 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations; Lean manufacturing experience is a plus./liliStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently./liliKnowledge of Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies./li/ulpSC Electric is committed to equal-opportunity employment.
