PYG Therapy is seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OT, OTR/L, OTD, MSOT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona.

Pay: $64–$92/hour (based on location, experience, and employment type)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the home setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete timely documentation of patient progress
• Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of skills
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate patient updates, progress, and concerns
• Supervise COTAs (if desired)

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contract opportunities
• W-2 and 1099 positions available

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
• CPR Certification
• Article 9 Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
