FUNCION PRINCIPAL Responsable de Operacin y "set-up" de mquinas menos complejas y/o de apoyo a mas complejas y de ensamblaje, ajuste, y montaje de subconjuntos y conjuntos estndar en equipos elctrico y/o de apoyo a subconjuntos y conjuntos no estndar en equipos elctrico.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES 1. Operar mquinas automticas y menos complejas en el rea de fabricacin. 2. Apoyar en la operacin de mquinas ms complejas en el rea de fabricacin bajo estrecha Supervisin. 3. Observar la operacin de las mquinas y asegurar que las mismas cumplan con las especificaciones de manera segura y con calidad. 4. Mantener rcord de inspeccin y de ejecucin de manufactura, seguridad y/o calidad. 5. Utilizar diversas herramientas, como pistola de impacto, destornillador neumtico, y taladro para realizar el montaje / ensamblaje de los equipos elctricos. 6. Trabajar bajo estrecha supervisin en el ensamblaje a partir de modelos, muestras o diagramas. 7. Observar buenos procedimientos de limpieza, calidad, y seguridad y mantener el equipo, las herramientas y el rea de trabajo limpios y ordenados realizando tareas 5S. 8. Levantar 35 libras con adaptaciones razonables segn sea necesario. 9. Realizar otras tareas relevantes de manufactura segn asignado por el Supervisor.
REQUISITOS:
Education level required / Nivel educativo requerido Mnimo de Cuarto ao de Escuela Superior. Preferido: Grado Asociado Tcnico.
- Mnimo de 1 ao en ambiente industrial de manufactura o similar.
Conocimientos tcnicos 1. Uso de herramientas (i.e.: taladro, etc.). 2. Seguir Procedimiento y Planos bsicos. 3. Uso bsico de correo elctronico y pginas / formas web sencillas.
