Lead Bartender

Job Description Job Description Atwater Brewery, home of the Dirty Blonde, is looking for a front-of-house bar manager who is responsible for the overall direction of the bar. This includes managing bar staff employees and overseeing daily operations including staffing, ordering, tip pay-outs, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee FOH operations on a day-to-day basis * Recruitment and development of team members * Engage with our guests and ensure their satisfaction * Oversight of cleanliness of entire restaurant inside and out * Prepare end of day and opening reports and cash management * Optimizing profits by controlling labor & beverage costs Experience and Requirements: * 5+ years of restaurant/bar experience * At least 21 years of age * Strong problem-solving skills * Developed leadership and communication * Passion for craft beer * Ability to be flexible and encourage team members during stressful environments * Must have the ability to accurately handle money, make the change, process credit card transactions, and have strong menu knowledge * Proven track record in successfully training and developing people
