Senior Business Analyst (Commercial Lending Domain)

Job Title
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff.
- Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
- Support UAT, defect management, and production implementation activities.
- Collaborate with lenders, credit teams, risk management, operations, and technology teams.
Required Skills
- 8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- 5 years of Commercial Lending domain experience.
- Strong knowledge of: Construction Loans, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Servicing, Draw Management & Disbursements, Credit Analysis & Underwriting, Covenant Monitoring, Risk & Regulatory Compliance
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lending platforms such as AFS, ACBS, nCino, Loan IQ, PrecisionLender, or similar.
- Experience in large-scale lending modernization or cloud transformation programs.
CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification preferred
