Kitchen team members are responsible for executing all aspects of kitchen operations to the highest Call Your Mother (CYM) standards. Youll use the tools and instructions given to you to hold those standards and continue to improve your performance and product output. Youll do this while keeping our Values (VIBES) in mind. Adapt to procedural and/or menu changes/liliBe receptive to feedback and coaching from supervisors and managers/liliPractice all CYM, city, and state food-safety guidelines./liliProtect yourself and your coworkers from illness by following rules (masks, social distancing, etc) disclosing any possible exposure to illness with your manager, and Dont Come to Work if You Feel Sick/liliComplete daily prep amounts (portioning fish, slicing veggies, etc), as required by location/liliMaintain clean kitchen areas and equipment, to include daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks/liliBe a strong part of a smooth service to include fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes/liliCan work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays. We are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day./li/ulpPrior hospitality experience is not required. We believe that the best individuals come with varied backgrounds and experiences.
