Minimum Qualifications

Eight years of progressively responsible experience in server administration, including supporting and managing servers in a production environment. Five years of experience identifying and analyzing server requirements; planning the design and deployment of new technologies and upgrades. Five years of experience applying industry best practices on Windows Server 2016 and later operating systems encompassing configuration, implementation, and security. Eight years of experience on server administration in Microsoft (MS) Windows environments, including MS Windows Server 2016 and later configuration to include performance monitoring, tuning, and making recommendations to improve overall system performance and application efficiency. Four years of management experience. Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Three years of experience serving as a team leader working as both part of a team and independently to assign/review immediate tasks, set priorities, maintain task progress, validate team members’ work consistent with the organizational goals and deadlines. Five years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures. Five years of experience in server administration applying systems patches and STIGs on a Microsoft (MS) Windows Server 2016 and later. Four years of experience using PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate common and repeat tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

Three years of progressively responsible experience in desktop support and administration, including supporting, troubleshooting, and managing workstations, monitors, VTC, and printers. Three years of experience with installing software, patching software, and troubleshooting software configuration. Two years of experience with printer support and maintenance. Three years of experience with equipment inventory management and turn in process.
